Mikaela Kelly er født i New York. I 2017 vant hun Princess Grace Award i dans. Kelly begynte å designe kostymer for ballett- og teaterbransjen, og spesielt for noen av Juliano Nunez sine siste verk: for Origen Festival Culture, Orsolina28, Philadelphia Ballet og Nasjonalballetten. I 2018 ble hun uteksaminert fra The Juilliard School med en Bachelor of Fine Arts i dans og flyttet til Nederland i tre år for å danse med Nederlands Dans Theater 2. I løpet av sin dansekarriere har Mikaela fremført verk av mange koreografer, som Jiří Kylián, Ohad Naharin, Crystal Pite, Sol Leon & Paul Lightfoot, Nacho Duato, Sharon Eyal, Marco Goecke, Alexander Ekman, Johan Inger, Marcos Morau, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Yoann Bourgeois, Bryan Arias, Alexi Ratmansky og George Balanchine. 


Mikaela Kelly is a native of New York and a 2017 Princess Grace Award winner in dance. She began designing costumes for choreographers in the dance and theater industries, most notably for some of Juliano Nunez’s latest works, for Origen Festival Culture, Orsolina28, Philadelphia Ballet and Norwegian National Ballet. In 2018, she graduated from The Juilliard School with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance and moved to the Netherlands for three years to dance with Nederlands Dans Theater 2. Over her dance career Mikaela has performed works by many choreographers including: Jiří Kylián, Ohad Naharin, Crystal Pite, Sol Leon & Paul Lightfoot, Nacho Duato, Sharon Eyal, Marco Goecke, Alexander Ekman, Johan Inger, Marcos Morau, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Yoann Bourgeois, Bryan Arias, Alexi Ratmansky and George Balanchine.
