Nell Ramstad Pedersen

Nell Ramstad-Pedersen joined the Norwegian National Ballet II in autumn 2024, after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Classical Ballet at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts. As a student, she danced the lead role in Lander's Études and the pas de trois in Petipa's Paquita, among other works. 

Ramstad-Pedersen (b. 2005) was born and raised in Oslo and started dancing at the age of five. At the age of eight, she was enrolled at the Ballet School of the Norwegian National Opera & Ballet, and at junior level she was part of the talent programme in classical ballet at Ruseløkka School a collaboration between the secondary school and The Norwegian National Opera & Ballet. 

Both as a bachelor student and while enrolled at the Ballet School, she danced in productions such as Petipa's Swan Lake and Boyadjiev's The Nutcracker here in the Oslo Opera House.
